2. Services Provided

We provide removal and transport services, including but not limited to:

  • Home and office removals

  • Furniture transport

  • Single-item and multi-item moves

  • Same-day and urgent transport services where available

All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Quotes and Bookings

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Quotes may change if the job details differ on arrival (e.g. access issues, additional items, distance changes).

  • A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices will be agreed before the job begins unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed in advance.

  • We may request a deposit for larger or long-distance jobs.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

  • Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge to cover lost time or expenses.

  • If you need to change your booking, we will try to accommodate this, but it is not guaranteed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the job

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Ensure items are properly prepared for transport where required

  • Notify us of any fragile, valuable, or special items in advance

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Items We Transport

We handle a wide range of items including furniture, household goods, and commercial items.

We may refuse to transport:

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous or restricted materials

  • Items that are unsafe to move without specialist equipment (unless agreed in advance)

8. Liability and Damage

  • We take care in handling all items during transport.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by:

    • Poor packaging or preparation by the customer

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Items not suitable for transport without prior notice

  • Liability for loss or damage is limited to reasonable repair or replacement value, subject to evidence and agreement.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed deadlines, business loss).

9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic or road closures

  • Severe weather

  • Accidents or breakdowns

  • Strikes or transport disruption

  • Government restrictions or emergencies

10. Same-Day and Urgent Services

Same-day or urgent services are provided based on availability. While we aim to complete all jobs promptly, timing cannot always be guaranteed due to external conditions.

11. Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance cover for our operations. However, customers are responsible for ensuring high-value items are adequately insured where necessary.
